      INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is available. Buyer assumes any and all customs clearance fees, tariffs and duties.

      ORDERS TYPICALLY SHIP WITHIN 48 HOURS. For those orders placed before 12pm Eastern Time, we will make our best effort  to get your order out that same day. We ship orders Monday through Friday (except on holidays) as described above.

      SHIPPING DELAYS.  Carriers are experiencing shipping delays due to the impact of Covid-19, labor shortages and other unforeseen events . We offer no warranties whatsoever and have no control over the time it takes from the moment we drop your order off at the carrier until it is delivered irrespective of the carrier service chosen.

      ORDER TRACKING INFORMATION. You will receive an email from us as soon as your order has shipped.  If you do not receive an email one of the following has likely happened; (1) you provided an invalid email address and the email bounced back to us or (2) the email has ended up in your junk/spam folder.

      PACKAGE NOT DELIVERED . If your package does not arrive and the tracking information shows (1) the package is not in transit (2) the package was not delivered or (3) no notice of delivery was left by the carrier your package may have been lost in transit. Contact us so we can file an insurance claim and send you a replacement order if needed. To file a claim we will need to verify your (1) order number (2) shipping address and (3) telephone number.

      LIABILITY OF LOST PACKAGES. We are only responsible for your order until the tracking states the package was delivered or the carrier provides some other notice of delivery. If the tracking shows your package was delivered and you are unable to locate it you may contact us to file a claim. You may be contacted by the carrier to resolve the matter and we will only replace your order if shipping insurance is recovered from the carrier.  It is your responsibility to ship your package to a safe place and/or retrieve your package from a parcel box or the carrier in a timely matter. To file a claim we will need to verify your (1) order number (2) shipping address and (3) telephone number. We offer no refund warranties whatsoever for packages deemed delivered, in any manner, by the carrier.

      RETURN TO SENDER. If your order is shipped and ultimately returned to us because of an invalid shipping address, or for any other reason, we will refund the price of the purchase, minus the cost of shipping plus a restocking fee ($4.99 on all trucker hats and 3.0% of the purchase price for everything else). This applies to orders over $99 where we pay the shipping as well. We will not reship your order at our own expense.
