RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY: All of our trucker hats are made to order and considered custom items. All trucker hat returns will be charged a $4.99 restocking fee (per hat) plus the cost of the return label. All non-custom items will be charged 3.0% of the item's purchase price in addition to the cost of the return label. These amounts will be deducted from the purchase price of the item(s) returned. We will not refund the original cost of shipping.
To return any item(s) that are unused and in original packaging and condition, please follow the below steps:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and request a return.
- We will email you a return label. Slap it on the box and ship it back to us.
- We'll refund you the purchase price, less the respective return fee and cost of the return label, within five (5) business days of delivery.
We do not accept international returns and all returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
RECEIVED WRONG ITEM: If the items(s) you received is NOT the item(s) or color way shown on your order confirmation or packing slip, email email@example.com and include a picture of the item(s) received along with your order number. We will get the correct item(s) in the mail.
If you don't think you received the correct item(s) or color way but they are the same item(s) or color way shown on the order confirmation or packing slip, you made a mistake -- not us. Please see our Return & Exchange Policy above.

WARRANTIES: Please contact email@example.com to discuss any warranty issues that occur within 30 days of purchase.
