Crush Groovin® ThundGNARbolt X Sunglasses – Limited Warranty

Your ThundGNARbolt X sunglasses (“Sunglasses”) come with a 12-month limited warranty (“Warranty”) against manufacturer defects, valid from the original purchase date.

This Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, such as issues with the frame, hinges, or lenses that are not the result of normal use.

What’s not covered:

• Normal wear and tear
• Lost or stolen items
• Scratched lenses
• Damage not caused by material or workmanship defects
• Sunglasses not owned by the original purchaser
• Sunglasses purchased from resellers or unauthorized retailers

How to file a claim:

To initiate a Warranty claim, email sales@crushgroovin.com with the following:

• A brief description of the issue
• Proof of purchase
• A photo clearly showing the defect

Claims must be submitted within the 12-month warranty period and within 30 days of discovering the issue.

What happens next:

Crush Groovin will evaluate your claim. If we determine the issue is covered under this Warranty, we’ll replace your Sunglasses at no cost to you with the same model (subject to availability). If your original model is no longer available, we’ll offer a comparable replacement of equal or greater value. We will not refund your order.

You may be required—and responsible—for shipping the defective product to us. We’ll cover return shipping on approved Warranty replacements.

Legal stuff (because our lawyers said so):

This Warranty is limited to the replacement of defective Sunglasses. Crush Groovin is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of the product. This Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

We stand behind our shades—but only the ones you bought from us. If they’re legit Crush Groovin Sunglasses and they break under our Warranty watch, we’ll make it right.

Order a pair of ThundGNARbolt X sunglasses and try them out for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. If they’re not the perfect fit for your face or your vibe, you can return them for a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.

To Qualify for a Full Refund:

• The return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
• The sunglasses must be in original condition, with no visible signs of damage or scratched lenses.
• Returns must include the original packaging and microfiber pouch.

How to Make a Return:

1. Email us at sales@crushgroovin.com with your order number and a quick note letting us know why you’re returning them (optional—but appreciated!).
2. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Once we receive and inspect the sunglasses, we’ll process your full refund, including eligible shipping costs.

The Fine Print (But Still Chill):

• If the sunglasses are returned damaged, scratched, or missing original packaging, a partial refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion.
• Only one 100% Risk-Free Trial is allowed per customer.
• Applies only to purchases made directly from crushgroovin.com.
• Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
• We’ll refund the full purchase price plus standard return shipping. If you paid for expedited or non-standard shipping, we’ll refund only up to the cost of USPS Ground shipping for one pair of sunglasses. Any amount paid beyond that is non-refundable.
